MAINTENANCE 4.0

Soon, Maintenance Poland at the Ptak Warsaw Expo hall will become a centre of innovation, technology and practical solutions for the broadly understood maintenance industry. This year's edition of the fair will take place on 20-22 January 2026. It is a place where manufacturers, integrators, service providers, as well as experts and practitioners looking for tools, knowledge and inspiration necessary for the further development of their plants and professional competences will meet.

Maintenance Poland is a unique trade fair — it focuses on the real needs of industrial and infrastructure plants, covering a wide range of topics: from machine diagnostics, through predictive maintenance methods, automation and robotisation systems, to reliable components, tools and digitalisation solutions supporting effective technical asset management. Visitors will be able to familiarise themselves with the offerings of exhibitors presenting both the latest equipment and technologies, as well as practical tools that prove themselves in the daily challenges of maintenance.

This year, particular emphasis will be placed on Maintenance 4.0 solutions, i.e. a modern approach based on data, automation, IoT sensors and advanced predictive analytics. More and more companies are striving to optimise costs and improve efficiency through intelligent technical infrastructure management, which is why the topic of UR digitalisation will be one of the main highlights of the fair. Ptak Warsaw Expo will create a space for practical learning about these technologies, testing devices and talking to their creators and users.

Conference accompanying Maintenance Poland – a platform for the exchange of knowledge and best practices – Industrial Maintenance Conference

A special industry conference will be held in parallel with the fair, bringing together experts, analysts, industry representatives and practitioners with many years of experience. It will be a unique opportunity to learn about current trends, exchange experiences and get answers to the most pressing questions about maintenance strategies, reliability and operational efficiency.

This year, the conference will gain particular prestige thanks to the fact that Forum Media – a renowned publisher, organiser of educational events and expert in the field of training for industry – is acting as a content partner under the SUR brand. This guarantees the highest quality programme and an appropriate selection of speakers who represent both an international perspective and knowledge based on real implementations in Polish companies.

Conference participants will be able to listen to presentations on topics such as:

•    strategies for transitioning from reactive to predictive maintenance,

•    real-time machine diagnostics and monitoring,

•    the use of IoT, AI and machine learning in failure prediction,

•    management of UR team competencies,

•    effective spare parts management,

•    lubrication machines, vibrodiagnostics and modern measurement methods,

•    technical safety and reliability culture.

The conference will also create a unique space for networking, which is one of the greatest advantages of events of this scale. The presence of numerous practitioners and maintenance managers will allow for a free exchange of opinions, analysis of emerging trends, and inspiration from solutions that have already been tested in other organisations. The partnership with Forum Media guarantees that the meeting's programme will not only be rich, but also well-focused on the real needs of the participants.

Why is it worth participating?

Maintenance Poland and the accompanying conference are a unique opportunity to:

•    learn about new technologies and industry trends,

•    talk to manufacturers and suppliers of the best solutions for maintenance,

•    gain specialist knowledge presented in an accessible, practical form,

•    learn how to implement solutions that increase reliability and efficiency,

•    develop skills that are increasingly valued in the labour market,

•    establish business contacts and find experts who can support the implementation of new methods in production plants.

On behalf of the organiser and the editorial team of SUR, we invite you to participate in the fair and conference.

INNOVATIVE DRIVE AND CONTROL SOLUTIONS AS A RESPONSE TO CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES IN INDUSTRIAL PRACTICE

The aim of the conference is to familiarize participants with current trends in industrial drives and controls. The main development directions in this area respond to the challenges facing modern industry and include issues such as increased efficiency, safety, and simplified operation. There is a growing demand for energy-efficient drive and control systems that reduce operating costs and environmental impact. This trend is driven by global sustainability initiatives and rising energy costs, and is reflected in regulations regarding required efficiency classes for electric motors and innovative solutions. Modern drive standards also offer new functional safety capabilities, including not only emergency stops but also speed limiting, safe direction, and safe acceleration functions. The use of Industry 4.0 technologies significantly changes the possibilities for improving operational efficiency and reliability, including drives and controls. Predictive and prescriptive operation in maintenance is becoming standard thanks to the integration of Internet of Things and artificial intelligence solutions. The direction of change in drive technology directly translates into shaping a new generation of industry characterized by resilience to disruptions, competitiveness, and sustainable development. These topics will be discussed during the conference by experts representing leading technology companies, academia, and research institutes. The conference program, prepared by the Industry 4.0 Center of the Silesian University of Technology, is an excellent complement to the trade fair exhibition, presenting not only the current state of technological development in the field of drives and controls but also emerging trends. The conference aims to provide participants with a resource of up-to-date knowledge for use both in everyday practice and in planning the development of drives and controls.
