For years, Ptak Warsaw Expo has been setting trends in taking care of business needs. An experienced group of experts analyzes the market in search of areas requiring integration and an additional stimulus for development. This was the case with the organization of Control & Drives Poland, the first edition of the drives and control trade fair. There is no other event like it in Poland.

Although it was only the premiere of the event, it has already attracted the most valued leaders in the sector. This group included Pneumat, TLC Łożyska, MARGO, ALLFIL, BOSMAL, SCHMALZ, HYU ROBOTICS, Powergate and WIRE SOLUTIONS. Exhibitors presented innovations and shared industry premieres.

Trust in Ptak Warsaw Expo and the new Control & Drives Poland project was confirmed by the high attendance of the event’s premiere in January. Over a hundred exhibitors took part in the fair, presenting over two hundred of the most important brands in the industry. The event was visited by seven thousand B2B participants from fifteen countries of the world ready for investments and changes in supply chains.

During the three days of the event, they could get to know the offers of leading exhibitors in the field of industrial automation, robotics, quality control systems or drive technologies on 15 thousand m2 of the Ptak Warsaw Expo exhibition space. This time was also used for contracting, building a network of business relations and education.

An additional advantage of Control & Drives Poland was the substantive part of the event – the Drive and Control Technology Forum. During the event, interested parties could listen to a lecture from the panel “Innovative solutions for drives and controls as a response to contemporary challenges in industrial practice” organized in cooperation with Centrum Przemysłu 4.0.

The topics discussed included drive technology in the perspective of digital transformation and new generations of industry, the revolution in the energy efficiency of drive systems and the use of the digital twin in drive technology. However, there were many, many more topics.

In addition, visitors could participate in the “Trends and Exhibitors’ Presentations” panel. Over the three days of the event, the topics discussed included decentralized drives as a path to energy and economic savings, innovations in maintenance and the energy management system as an effective support for the maintenance department.
